Lisa Betz, M.S, LBS – IBHS Administrative Director

Lisa Betz received her B.A. in Elementary Education and Psychology from Rider University. Her graduate degree is a Master of Science in Administration of Human Services from Chestnut Hill College. In her 23 years of experience in Behavioral Health, she has treated individuals from a broad range of diagnoses.  Lisa has been with Horizons since 2013 and works diligently to ensure services are delivered in a professional, caring and expeditious manner.

Christine Hutton, LSW - IBHS Clinical Supervisor

Christine Hutton has an undergraduate degree in psychology, attending SUNY Oswego as well as a graduate degree in Master of Social Work from New York University. She has been practicing social work for the past 25 years. She has worked with children and adults in a variety of clinical settings. Christine’s area of expertise lies in ASD, ADHD/CBT, bereavement, and trauma informed care. In her line of work, Christine takes a humanistic approach. She recognizes everyone’s potential and sees that the individual does too. She believes everyone deserves to live their life to their fullest and has a deep respect and concern for others.

Sherri Powell, CTRS - Case Management Coordinator

Sherri Powell has an undergraduate degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Temple University. For over 10 years, Sherri has worked in children’s behavioral health in a variety of roles. Her most recent experiences in home-based services include Family-Focused Solution Based Services (FFSBS), Services to Children in their Own Home (SCOH) and Specialized Home-Based Counseling Services. She has also worked with patients at the Overbrook School for the Blind and Magee Rehabilitation. Since 2010, Sherri has provided Therapeutic Staff Support here at Horizons and is currently our case management coordinator. Sherri works day in and day out to help our client’s find community supports, navigate the challenging world or insurances and ensure services are delivered in a timely manner.

Jennifer Iveson, MA, LBS – IBHS Clinical Supervisor

Jennifer Iverson received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development from San Jose State University and her Master’s in Counseling from Arcadia University. Jennifer is a Licensed Behavioral Specialist with over 20 years of experience treating children and young adults from birth to 21 years of age. Jennifer is a person-centered clinician, specializing in children with ASD and other developmental delays. When caring for her patients, Jennifer takes a hands-on approach that is very goal-oriented and practical. She aims to help children and their families change adverse behaviors or patterns of thinking so they can ultimately change the way they feel. She strongly believes “One person can make a difference.”

Chelsea Taddei, BA - Intake Coordinator

Chelsea Taddei has an undergraduate degree in Psychology, attending Temple University from 2012 to 2016. Chelsea has been providing case management services to children and families for two years. She works with children and their support systems to help them achieve their goals and obtain the best care options. Chelsea has been providing Therapeutic Staff Support TSS and has worked as a Behavioral Health Technician for Horizons. Chelsea excels at helping children with ASD, as well as individuals who experience ADHD, ODD, language and conduct disorders.

Diana Stoughton, BA - IBHS Case Manager

Diana Stoughton has an Associate degree in Early Childhood Development from Atlantic Community College, and an Undergraduate degree from Rowan University in Sociology. Diana joined our team in August 2021. She has been providing case management services to children and families for over eight years. Diana enjoys helping families identify the appropriate support services and guides them through the process until services are obtained and goals are met.   Diana believes that communication between families and all providers is the key to providing the best quality service.

Rachel Nimmo – Human Resources Coordinator

Rachel Nimmo has a BA in Communication studies with a specialization in Organizational Communications. She attended Bloomsburg University from 2017-2021. Rachel’s background and experience has been in the Human Resources and Recruitment field. Rachel focuses on staff recruitment and retention efforts with an emphasis on finding professional and compassionate clinicians and program expansion within Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Rachel is an integral part of Horizons Compliance Program. She is a compassionate professional working to support the children and families within our program.

Sarah Fullerton, BA – IBHS Case Manager

Sarah Fullerton received her BA in Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and has an associate degree in psychology from Atlantic Cape Community College. Sarah has worked with children and families in the Philadelphia region for five years. Some of Sarah’s previous working roles included IPS Case Aid, Family Peer Support Specialist, and Intake/Student Assistance Administrator. She works with families and their children to make sure that their needs are being met and advocated for through the power of positive communication, organization, & compassion.
